Agnus Dei 1.25in Pendant Gold Plated

$165.00

Agnus Dei means “Lamb of God,” and a lamb has been been used since the early centuries of Christianity to represent Christ, slain for us and resurrected to live through us. This rendering is original to Sistine Basement, and when the prongs are on the lamb side a tiny quote around the edge reads “Behold the Lamb who takes away the sin of the world!” John 1:29.

The reverse side is the ancient Greek monogram for Jesus Christ (ICXC) the conqueror (NIKA). He is victorious over death and continues to plunder Satan’s house to this day. (Matthew 12:29) He is our victorious Savior and King.

We hope this pendant is a comforting reminder of our faithful Savior, and a conversation piece that helps you share the hope we have in him.

The pendant hangs from an 24” necklace of your choosing.
